Respect our time (and we'll respect yours)
If you need to cancel, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us to re-assign our team to other Darwin properties.
Safe access is essential
Ensure our cleaners can safely access your property. This includes handling pets, providing keys/codes, and ensuring a safe environment (especially during wet season).
Prompt reporting for guarantees
If something isn't right, tell us within 24 hours. Our satisfaction guarantee relies on us being able to return and inspect/fix the issue promptly.

1. Scope of Service
We provide cleaning services as detailed in your specific booking confirmation. Our service is limited to the areas and tasks agreed upon at the time of booking. Extra tasks requested on-site may incur additional charges and are subject to time availability.
2. Bookings & Cancellations
A booking is confirmed once you receive a confirmation email or message from us. We understand plans change, but to protect our staff's schedule, the following applies:
- More than 24h notice: No cancellation fee.
- Less than 24h notice: A cancellation fee may apply to cover staff costs.
- Lock-outs: If we arrive and cannot access the property, a full service fee may be charged.
3. Access & Safety
The client must provide safe and unhindered access to the property. This includes:
- Providing valid keys, codes, or on-site attendance.
- Ensuring pets are secured and won't interfere with cleaning.
- Turning off alarms if required.
- Ensuring the environment is free of bio-hazards or dangerous conditions.
4. Payment Terms
Payments are due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept major credit cards and bank transfers. Late payments may incur administrative fees and interest charges as permitted by NT law.
5. Damages & Liability
We are fully insured, but we take care as if your home were our own. In the unlikely event of damage:
- Damage must be reported to us within 24 hours of service completion.
- We reserve the right to inspect any claimed damage before repair or reimbursement.
- Our liability is limited to the cost of repair or replacement of the specific item, subject to insurance assessment.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Northern Territory, Australia. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Northern Territory.
